After transitioning from a product development role to the corporate planning division, I took the lead in designing a new business launch plan. This involved close collaboration with HR, legal, and finance departments to ensure organizational readiness and cross-functional alignment.
Later, I returned to the development division to spearhead a groundbreaking smartphone project—delivering the world's first device featuring both Windows Mobile OS and a Snapdragon chipset. This project marked a significant milestone in mobile innovation.
Following this success, I led the strategic shift to Android OS, expanding the product lineup and successfully establishing a scalable and sustainable business model.
