Key Experience
- End-to-end infotainment testing:
Designed and executed comprehensive evaluation plans for infotainment/IVI systems, including connectivity (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular), projection features (CarPlay/Android Auto), and handling various interruptions from in-vehicle signals and server communications.
- Scenario-based quality evaluation:
Developed user scenario-based test procedures to assess usability, stability, and customer satisfaction in real-world driving environments. For example, thoroughly tested whether CarPlay and Android Auto connections behave as expected when users board the vehicle with their smartphones connected to home Wi-Fi and then turn on the ACC.
- Data-driven root cause analysis:
Checked and reviewed DLT logs, ATS logs, PCAP logs, and other specialized logs as needed, and established guidelines and points of caution so that the team could effectively capture necessary data. This included optimizing communication with the analysis team and improving efficiency by minimizing complexity.
- Benchmarking and industry alignment:
Leveraged industry benchmarks such as J.D. Power IQS, conducted trend analyses by function and user segment, and investigated key evaluation points to drive continuous quality improvement.

- Not only evaluated commercially launched IVI systems, but also managed the assessment and team operations for IVI systems under development, including CarPlay/Android Auto and server-responsive VUI (voice user interface) features.
